Marty Coates Sr. began building homes in the Dayton area in 1968. Fifty years later he is still very much involved in the company, often seeing him on the job site. His children Gina Coates and Marty Coates Jr. are proud to now carry out many of the day-to-day operations.

Gina is 2000 graduate of Miami University. She serves as the head of sales and is the selections coordinator for all of our clients. Gina worked for several real estate developers in Chicago before coming home to join the family business in 2015. She walks the client through every aspect of the home building journey including design, financing, interior and exterior selections. She is currently serving on the Homebuilders Association of Dayton Board of Directors.

Marty was very happily born into the building business and upon graduation from the University of Dayton joined the company full time in 2002.

Marty oversees and works along side Gina during the site selection as well as the entire design and construction process.
